- Alert rules watch date fields you add yourself. They don’t watch quantity.
- Barcode lookups belong to the inventory’s owner and are shared by everyone in it. The counter resets at midnight UTC.
- Subscriptions are handled by the App Store and Google Play. Cancel there, any time.
If you stop
Nothing is deleted.
- Extra inventories, locations and fields are locked, not removed, and come back if you resubscribe.
- Delete the app and your spreadsheet is still sitting in your Google Drive.
- Delete your account and the spreadsheets stay too. Removing them is a separate checkbox, off by default.
